This small powerhouse of a program is designed to help you release the most common feelings that burnout has you experiencing.As I worked my way through burnout and researched what others were going through, I realized that there were so many feelings we all had in common. Even though some people's experiences were more mild, and others more severe, there were overarching themes of emotional distress and skewed perspectives. This starter course may be just what you need to find your balance.

Along with the powerful library of audio and guided audio tapping meditations, you will have 2 one-hour long, one-on-one tapping sessions with me. If you have questions or issues, I will be available to you through email for two weeks following your enrollment. You will also have additional resources for understanding burnout and how best to be supported through your recovery process.
