Making self-care a priority can be a huge challenge for the busy and burned out.

I can't tell you how many times I've heard the most burned out people say, "I just don't have time..." when it comes to questions of self-care and healing. I get it. The thing is, if you don't take time for you, you won't have anything left to give to those around you.

This program is designed to give a group of individuals dedicated time and space to rebuild resilience, reclaim energy, shift perspectives, and create new patterns, leaving everyone with a fresh start.

From Weary to Well, Together was created with you and your busy life in mind. It was created to make sure that your are supported in your healing, given time to complete some of the self-discovery work right alongside others going through the process of burnout recovery, and offered powerful tools and resources to release the physical and emotional symptoms of burnout wherever you are, whenever they arise.

Burnout is hands down, one of the worst things I've ever experienced in my life. It robbed me of my energy, made work almost unbearable, and drastically reduced my ability to be productive. Tapping is how I regained my vitality, rediscovered my joy, and brought balance back to my body, mind, and emotions. The tapping meditations I used for myself, the tools and techniques that came directly from my experience, and research on burnout, self-care, and resilience are all part of this program. If it didn't work for me or my clients, it's not here.

You don't have to go through this alone. Be held in a network of care.

I will be by your side throughout this process. You will have an hour and a half one-on-one private tapping session with me the first and the last week of this 10-week program. For the 8 weeks in between, we will gather together for group sessions every week. If you have questions or issues throughout the course of this program, I will be available to you through email. You will also have a variety of crisis resources to contact if the need arises, as well as chosen support partners that have your back throughout the entire 10-week program.

You are not alone, and this will get better, it really will.

Physical symptoms:

  • Feeling exhausted most of the time

Angela Hed Vincent (she/her), owner of True You Tapping, is an EFT Master and Energy Medicine Practitioner for people at their emotional or spiritual breaking point.
